Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on our assortment of farm products from Georgia, Armenia, and Uzbekistan (via chat, phone, and messengers).
  • Receive, process, and manage orders from product selection to successful delivery.
  • Communicate in Russian and English (support for foreign guests, order consultations).
  • Inform clients about promotions, new arrivals, and special offers.
  • Collect feedback actively to improve service and share insights with the quality control department.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or sales.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask while staying calm and friendly.
  • Responsible and problem-solving oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CIS cuisines is a plus.
